glutamate binding stoichiometry

Hi.

How many glutamate molecules have to bind to various glutamate
receptors in order to open the ion channel?  I'm thinking mainly of
the quisqualate/kainate glutamate receptors, but I'd love to know the
binding stoichiometries for other transmitters and receptors as well.
