looking for rCMR calculation software

Netters:
Is anybody aware of a commercial or public domain 
program to calculate rCMRG(C14DG) based on tissue
 sampling rather than autoradiography?  Need to be 
able to manually manipulate the equation coefficients 
eg. k1 k2 k3 etc...
