Try SWIM from thalamus.sans.kth.se.
Its meant for workstations but it compiles with gcc with no problems
and if you ignore the graphics hooks you should be able to get it to
run on anything with a reasonable C compiler. It uses an easy ot
learn script language and comes with some H&H examples that are easily
modified to any membrane parameters you want.
