snake venom treatment for multiple sclerosis

i am a ms patient who has been in remission for ten years, and have 
recently  suffered two attacks.   in 1981-82 i travelled to miami florida 
and underwent a non medical treatment consisting of injections of snake 
venom .  the person in charge of the snake venom has moved as far as i 
know to the utah or nevada area.  as i dont recall his name i would 
appreciate any information leading to his whereabouts or information 
about snake venom treatments. thanks in advance elazar blass.
