[Q] Preattentiveness of depth perception

Check out references by James Enns and colleagues (Enns & Rensink; Aks &
Enns).  He and his friends have shown preattentive search for perspective
line drawings and shape from shading.  Kleffner & Ramachandran have also
shown the same in the case of shape from shading.  If you want specifics,
email me and I'll look them up.
