Collagen in peripheral nerves

I am looking for information on the composition of the support fibers
found in peripheral nerves. Are they principally made up of collagen
or are there significant amounts of other substances (e.g. fibrin,
nectin). I wish to apply a collagenase product to dissolve the support
fibers to ease the "picking" of neuron bundles from a peripheral
nerve. Depending on the composition of the support fibers, I wil need
to use either a pure collagenase or one with the routine
"contaminants" commonly used for cell dissociation.
