I'm interested in creating optimal case nerve regeneration in the Xenopus sciatic nerve. I'm wondering if anyone can suggest good references relating to the technique of inducing peripheral nerve degeneration by means of freezing. Or, perhaps if someone out there has experience doing this they could pass on some tips. Thanks Mark Does
