Stem cells and their localisation ?

Hi folks,

I would like to know where in the central nervous system stem cells can be 
found or are likely to be found. I would also like to know about their 
capabilities to differentiate into different cell lines.  Furthermore, I 
would be grateful to know if some kind of pluripotent neuronal stem cells are 
suspected to exist.

Any pointers to good literature or helpful suggestions will be greatly 
appreciated.
