Needed: Hippocampal granule cell culture protocol

I am looking for a protocol by which I can selectively grow hippo-
campal granule cells.  This prep needs to be fairy stable to allow
subsequent transfection with adenoviral vectors and e-phys recording.
If anyone out there has a protocol which they would like to share or
can send an appropriate reference my way I would greatly appreciate
it.
