Suprafusion apparatus

Dear All,

does anybody out there do suprafusion of cells in culture or 
tissue preps to study the release of neurotransmitters etc.?

We are interested in starting this  technique and I would be grateful
for any help particularly on the subject of commercial suprafusion
apparatus. Does anyone apart from Brandel/SEMAT make this sort
of thing?

Does any of this equipment work (or not work)?
