Help on pallidotomy

Dear Netters,

I have a colleague who is interested in find out information concerning
pallidotomy. I myself, have no idea what it is, but I think it has some
relationship with Parkinson's disease.

A while ago, Justin Baker posted a message to this newsgroup, mentioning
research into pallidotomy. He also mentioned an article had been published
by _The Neuroscientist_ magazine. Could someone please give me the reference
for this article? Any current information on this topic would be greatly
appreciated. Either here, or personal email.
