Does anyone have a good immunocytochemical technique for neuron specific enolase? I need to do some neuron counts in rat CNS tissue. I generally use paraformaldehyde-fixed (perfused) tissue sectioned at 20-30 um & do my staining in baskets followed by mounting. Thanks!
