I suggest you contact the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery,
Queens Square, London WC1, England.
It is probably also a good idea to contact the Hospital for Sick Children,
Great Ormond Street, London WC1, England.
If neither of these places can help you they will know who you should contact
