anomia, apraxia, arousal

Does anyone know of any good references re. the following?:
1. the cognitive-neuropsychological model of apraxia
2. the cognitive-neuropsychological model of anomia
3. the relationship of arousal to cognitive performance (in normal,
   brain-disordered, and psychiatric samples)

I need to research the above topics for my qualifying exam and have
been spending hours in the library, but if any experts out there 
have any advice, I'd be happy to receive it.
