paroxysmal cerebellar ataxia ???

Hi

I was wondering if anyone could provide me with any information on this 
condition  PAROXYSMAL CEREBELLAR ATAXIA or where I could access 
information on it. It is a condition that  a friend of mine is very 
likely to have but she knows nothing about it really - other than the 
symtpoms shes been experiencing.Any information would be great as we are 
both concerned about it.
