Stroke Info

Hi netters:

I am wondering if someone can point me in the direction of a usenet which 
focuses on strokes, specifically family and/or patient support, medical 
therapy, psychological therapy for family members dealing with stroke victims, 
etc.

Also, by chance, if anyone knows of any support groups that meet in real life 
(as opposed to over the net) in the Denver area, I would be grateful for that 
information as well.
