Mice spinal cord lesions in NYC?\

I was wondering if there is anyone in NYC who is knowledgable in doing
experimental spinal cord lesions (hemisection etc.) in mice. I am
 a third year graduate student and I am looking for someone who knows the
technique well, who would be willing to teach it to me.
