Sylva method - information required

Hello,

I am looking for help on locating information on the net that
is connected to "Sylva method" - i.e. control of the mind by
means of inducing alpha-waves activity rather than beta-waves.

If anyone can help me out by pointing a few good sites where are
can find some information regarding the above mentioned subject
I will love him for the rest of my life.
