On this newsgroup there is a posting of "New Internet Neuroscience
Resource" and in that new group is an article on "New approaches" to SCI. 
I was on the board of trustees of the Paralyzed Veterans of America and
read a great deal of research on the topic. Also I am a paraplegic
neuroscientist and confined to a wheelchair. I have seen very little
progress for the complete paraplegic.  But one never knows what will
develop.
