software for cognitive rehab

I am looking for software which would assist us in treatment of persons with a 
variety of cognitive disorders. I work with a group of psychologists, 
neuropsychologists  and occupational therapists who work with young adults 
recuperating from head injuries. We are using th IBM Dos-Windows platform.

We work with clients who speak both french and english.
