Nerves of a "lesser being"

Some insects have the ability to remain
homeothermic. I believe that it is by flapping wings
and thus contracting thoracic muscles to produce metabolic
heat.
I would like to know if there is a central receptor
that acts as a thermostat within the insect
nervous system. Possibly an area/organ/collection of
cells that is equivalent to the hypothalamus?
