Want polycarbonate membrane, Nucleopore address?

A colleague of mine engaging in the research of brain implantation need 
some polycarbonate membrane with 12 um pores, but can not get it in 
China. It would be greatly appreciated if you could tell us the address 
of the company selling the membrane (Nucleopore probably) or kindly send
