q: astrocytes in culture

Hi.  I am currently employed in a research lab where we do _in_vitro_ 
studies on mouse astrocytes.  We have been culturing neopalladim cells 
from one day old mice so far, and we are interested in trying to culture 
astrocytes from other parts of the brain: ie hippocampal, olfactory, and 
cortex.  
   My attempts to find literature on recommended techniqques and growth 
media for these cells have been futile, and I was hoping that someone on 
the net might be able to help.  Please email me directly.
