Hallo, we are studying the influence of electromagnetic fields (EMF) upon neural cell-systems in insects. Recording extracellular neuronal responses in a waveguide, we have to use a glas-filled-microelectrode for reference. Does anybody have experiences in this kind of experimental setup?
