Restless legs

Restless legs are also known as "Nocturnal Myoclonus."  Some medications 
can exacerbate the problem (e.g., nortryptilene).  For reasons unknown, 
benadryl sometimes helps.  If you are currently taking any medications on 
a regular basis, look up the possible side effects in PDR.
