Sounds like a good case can be made for the FDA to require labelling. Why
not use (as a basis for the demand) the fact that aspartame contains phenyl-
alinine (sp?) which is dangerous to people who suffer from phenylketonuria?
These people need to know what preparations contain aspartame, so they can
stay away from it. This is a sound basis for demanding labelling, which
neatly sidesteps the controversy over aspartame's safety, and so stands a
good chance of being implemented rather quickly, if pressure is applied to
