sciatic nerve in vitro

I am finishing my Ph.D in local anesthesia. I have worked a lot with the nerve 
barth and the recording and evaluation of CAP's of rat's sciatic nervesin vitro.
 I want now to be involved with a similar experiment in vivo. I want to
