Myelin staining

Hi everyone,

I need a help in myelin staining of cortical fibers. I tried to use pretty known
Gallyas method (1979, Neurol.Res.), but it resulted in high background and
uneven staining ("blotchiness") of frozen sections. If anybody knows any modification of the 
same method exclusively made for FROZEN sections, please post me it on this newsgroup
