in situ probe for gap-43

Does anyone have a gap-43 construct from which riboprobes 
can be transcribed, for in situ hybridisation. If someone does and is willing 
to share a bit with me, I would be very grateful. I need it for my final 
experiment of my Ph.D. work. 

I can provide a detailed description of what I would do with the probe,
upon request.
