neuro muscular safety margins

I am looking for any information concerning the safety margins in
neuro-muscular junctions.  Specifically I am looking for anything that
would help to quantify the 'excess' Ach and corrisponding receptors
with regard to the synaptic responce.  Please e-mail me with any
