Electrophysiology and Programming

For you electrophysiologists out there, are any of you programming
using the CEC program TestPoint? If so, how do you like it?
Would you recommend it for do it yourselfers who don't like to or
don't want to program?
A colleague and I use it and find it quite interesting to use for
data collection and off-line analysis, but not on-line analysis.
FYI, TestPoint requires running under Windows (3.1, 3.11, 95, 96, etc).
