Request info on PhD programs

I plan to start working for my PhD in neuroscience next fall, and
am trying to locate a good group in my field (to be). My main
interest is in how different biochemical substances and their levels
influence personality traits (and subsequently brain development). 
I would very much appreciate any info regarding people working in
