Dear Colleagues,

Once again, strikes in France and other countries delayed the post delivery
of a number of submission to the ESANN'97 conference, the "European
Symposium on Artificial Neural Networks".  For this reason, the new
deadline for the submission of papers is December 6th, 1996.  The paper
must be received (printed version only) by the conference secretariat
before this date.
