luciferase assay for ATP

Is any one familiar with the use of luciferase for the detection of
intracellular ATP in cells?  I need to try to determine if ATP levels are
increasing or decreasing in single cultured neurons.  If anyone has a
protocol or can help me with this I'd greatly appreciate it.  Jim
