Announcing A Federation of European Biochemical Societies (FEBS) 
Advanced Course to be held in:

               The Schools of Anatomy and Biological Sciences
                        University of Bristol, U.K.

               
               "CELL AND TISSUE CULTURE PROTOCOLS FOR NEUROSCIENCE"
                                 JULY 17-27, 1996

International and local lecturer/tutors will present basic and advanced
techniques using primary neural &  neural cell line methods in lectures,
seminars and demonstrations. Includes 25-30h hands-on practical work by
participants under close supervision.  The course will be suitable for
Neuroscientists new to cell and tissue culture methods and those
experienced in tissue culture methods interested in moving to
Neuroscience.  Instructions on basic laboratory practices in tissue
culture are an important part of the course.

The registration package of 490 Pounds Sterling (DM1200) includes
registration, accomodation and social programme.  Generous support towards
registration and travel is available from FEBS Youth Travel Fund and other
sources.
