Pennyroyal oil although very effective against fleas and mosquitoes  can be
fatal if ingested.  Periodically someone does indeed ingest too  much of the
oil (any is too much) and literally puts their life in jeapordy.  The
liability can come back on the supplier.  There are many other oils which are
effective against insects, and to ease bruising; why bother with a material
with such potential hazard.
