After reconsideration I would have to be in the negative also.  It is
possible to tell the difference in the electrical code from different
computers, i.e. IBM or Apple.  The state of the art at this time suggest
it would not be possible for human/non-humans.  Besides, as a monkey looks
at and smells a rose who is say that the signaling system while different
does not produce similar qualia of experiences for a human.
