Glassman on Lesions

I'm currently writing a chapter on the use of lesions in neuroscience. A
colleague has suggested that a paper by Robert Glassman called 'The logic
of
lesions' would be extremely useful for this chapter. I have been unable to
find a reference to this paper anywhere. All I know is that it is a book
chapter published sometime in the last 15 years.
Can anybody help me on this one please?
