Can high voltage electricution affect the brain? Any studies done? Need to know.

At age 13,  I came in contact with a 7,200 volt high tension
powerline.   After a 40 foot fall and a brief period of
unconciousness, I lived to tell about it.  I am now 33 and
experiencing problems with certain areas of memorization.....any
feedback?
