Synaptic Response Time?

Here is a question for you,

Scenario:

Two people facing eachother with pistols to eachother's head.  If one
person pulls the trigger does the other guy have a hope in hell of
reacting fast enough?

Bullets travel faster than sound so the slug would hit before the other
guy heard it. The only hope the other guy has is to see the trigger being
pulled.  What kind of time are we talking about for the signal to go from
the eye to the brain and down to the finger?
