ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
The Department of Biology at Rutgers University-Camden is seeking a
geneticist for a 10-month tenure-track position at the level of
assistant professor, beginning September 1996.  Applicants must have a
Ph.D. with at least two years of postdoctoral experience.  Applicants
who use molecular biological approaches in research on eukaryotes will
be given preference.  The successful applicant will be expected to
establish an independent, extramurally-funded research program in
his/her area of specialty.  Teaching duties include undergraduate and
graduate courses in genetics as well as courses in introductory
biology.  Please send curriculum vitae, statement of teaching and
