Jeffrey, I have a hypertext doc that discusses the fundamentals 
of Duality Theory... I've not been able to get it published (to be 
fair, it's densly-written)... the doc runs on MSDOS machines, Win3.1 
Win95... I'll send you (anyone) a copy if you've a machine on which the 
doc can run...

...I'll respond again, tomorrow night, to what you've posted...
