What Effect Would TOTALLY Perfect Memory Have?

A total perfect memory at first glance seems to be a very good thing to 
have but of course with all things we may not realize the bad side, too.  
Yes, we may learn things with greater speed, but in the world we must 
know how to think also...  we all know that.  And sometimes memory serves 
to self--preserve for reasons...
