Can you interpret my HLA results? (narcolepsy)

Hello,
     I need someone to interpret my HLA results for narcolepsy:
Results:
DR4
DR53
DQ7
NEGATIVE DR2
I am a 22 year old Asian Indian male located in Montreal, Quebec.
My appointment at the sleep clinic is going to be late this month, and
I have to leave on a trip sooner.
If there is a chance of narcolepsy, I will stay here and get better
treatment.

Any counsel/ advice would be really appreciated.
