Simultagnosia

Am interested to find one or more definitive sources on simultagnosia. 
There are some articles to be found, e.g., in Brain, but in Neurology and
Neuropsychology texts it is presented only in the context of Balint's
syndrome.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
