Temporal Arteritis

I have been suffering from this disease for approx. 15 months and the
usual drug therapy treatments do not appear to be working. The pain is
extremely bad at times and at other times, it's still there although I
can cope. Can anybody shed any light as to alternative teatments besides
Prednazone?
