Thank you very much for your responses. I will look in to this....let me ask
you another question...if you would have such a problem, which US center
would you go to that has in your opinion the best neurological expertise for
such a problem.

Also...how would one obtain "objective evidence" of impairment of cranial
nerves 9, 10, and 12 (besides clinical exam). Can you get NCS/EMG or evoked
potentials for these nerves.
