IgM across the BBB

I'm trying to get an IgM acroo the BBB in rat.  I can do
intracerebralventricular , but am looking for a way to temporarily
pharmacologically compromise the BBB to get IgM acroos then close the
BBB to test effects of the IgM.  Any references/recomendations? Thanks
