progressive experience as an executive, program manager, engineer and
proposal manager in leading technical organizations and has earned
advanced degrees in engineering and business administration, A popilar
lecturer on SBIR, he was the invited speaker on "Developing Competitive
Proposals" at the recent National SBIR Conference held in Washington DC,
and is an active member of several technical and industry groups
including the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.
