Help- uncertain diagnosis: diffuse glioma? =20

A 25-year-old female was presented with headache at 3 days after =
childbirth. She was treated as catching flu for half a month, until =
headache became unendurable. Physical examinations showed nothing =
significant except papilloedema and diplopia. One month later, a MRA =
revealed thrombosis of left transverse sinus and posterior 1/3 of =
superior sagittal sinus. After dehydration and steroid were used for one =
month, her symptom disappeared completely. However, at 3rd day of her =
discharge, headache reoccurred and aggravated, and didn't respond to =
dehydration. Lumber tap: pressure 460mmH20, dark yellow CSF, many RBC =
under microscope. Then she was transferred to our hospital. Physical =
examination showed papilloedema. Thrombolytic therapy was adopted, with =
500 thousand unit's urokinase infused into each transverse sinus =
respectively. No relief occurred. Lumbar tap showed: elevated pressure =
(300-600mmH20) and protein (40-60g/l), and many RBC under microscope. =
The patient was not responded to steroid therapy either. Half a year =
after the onset of her symptom, MRI revealed low and equal T1, high T2 =
signal all over the subarachnoid space, from lateral ventricles to =
spinal cord. Biopsy was performed at lumbar site, pathologic examination =
showed hairy cell astrocytoma. We have never meet this sort of disease =
before, we want you to help us in:
